This is a photo link from the Chicago and North Western Railway Archives Art Collections.
It shows reefers being re-iced by a mobile icing unit. Most similar photos I've seen show the same two truck operation.
One truck contains block ice and the other crushes the ice and delivers it to the bunkers.
